TITLE:  Landscape Printing in Windows 3.1x
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   When printing a file in landscape mode, from a Windows 3.1x 
   application, the output file may contain missing text. This 
   condition may occur with systems using the SiS 6205 video 
   chipset.

ACTION 
 
   File <A HREF="ftp://ftp.ast.com/D-VIDEO/SISFIXUP.EXE">SISFIXUP.EXE</A> contains the fixup drivers for the SiS 6205 
   video chipset. These drivers will resolve the issue stated above. 
   
   
   If you exhibit the printing problem mentioned above, perform the 
   following:
   
   1. Download file <A HREF="ftp://ftp.ast.com/D-VIDEO/SISFIXUP.EXE">SISFIXUP.EXE</A> from any of AST's On-Line!
      services including:

      To decompress this file, create a temporary directory
      on your hard drive, copy the downloaded file to that 
      directory, and run the file. 
   
   2. Follow the README.TXT instructions included with the 
      downloaded file.    

 
NOTES 
 
   AST verified this issue using an Epson Stylus 1000 printer. Other 
   printers may exhibit the same issue.
