This issue is not dependent on specific communication software. This issue may affect the following Bravo MS-T systems: 503057 and 503058. This issue may also affect the following Matrox option kit: 503410-001. BACKGROUND N/A ACTION To resolve the issue, perform the following steps: For the Windows 95 Operating System: 1. Right-click the Windows 95 desktop background. 2. Click the following Properties menu items: MGA Settings tab Advanced button Performance tab 3. Clear the 'Use automatic PCI bus retry' check box. 4. Click the [OK], [OK], and [Yes] buttons to accept the changes and restart your computer. For the Windows 3.1 Operating System: 1. Edit the SYSTEM.INI file in your Windows directory. 2. Using an editor such as Notepad, add the following line PciChipSet=1 to the [mga.drv] section.
