TITLE:  Premium HS and NDS Database Closed Msg.
 
 
ISSUE 
 
   Loading Netware 4.11 with multiple Intel 10/100 Server Adapter 
   cards results in the following errors at the NetWare console:
   
   Directory Services:  Local database has been closed.
   
   Directory Services:  Could not open local database.
   
   This issue applies to all Premium HS systems.

ACTION 
 
   To resolve the issue, add the following line to the NetWare 
   STARTUP.NCF file:
   
        SET MINIMUM PACKET RECEIVE BUFFERS=150
