Please close all open appplications before continuing." This issue affects the following systems: 503571, 503599, and 503600. BACKGROUND N/A ACTION To resolve the issue, perform the following: 1. Uninstall LDCM. 2. Install Lotus ccMail 8. 3. Reinstall LDCM from the HD Restore CD.
