TITLE  McAfee WebScan and Lotus Organizer 97

ISSUE

   Lotus Organizer 97 may report the error "a required .DLL file, 
   LTSCSN10.DLL, was not found" when McAfee WebScan version 2.0.0 is 
   installed on the system.
   


BACKGROUND

   N/A


ACTION

   Uninstall WebScan version 2.0.0 using the following steps:
   
   1. Double-click on the My Computer icon.
   2. Double-click on the Control Panel icon.
   3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs icon and select McAfee WebScan 
   v 2.0.0 (Corporate/OEM) from the Install/Uninstall tab.
   4. Click the Add/Remove button.
   5. The Confirm Uninstall Box will appear, click the "Yes" button.
   6. The Restart Recommended Box will appear, click the "Yes" button.
   7. Answer "Yes to All" when prompted to remove shared files.
   8. Once the Uninstall Shield shows "Uninstall complete", click OK.
   9. Click OK on the Add/Remove Program Properties Box.
   10. Shutdown and Restart Windows.
   11. Bring up the Lotus Organizer 97 Program and all files will be 
   found.

   The OEM copy of WebScan includes 90 days of free technical phone 
   support and one free electronic upgrade through McAfee. If your 
   system falls within these upgrade guidelines, an upgrade to 
   version 3.1.2 and above would eliminate the issue.  Please see the 
   Readme.1st file located in the Program Files\McAfee\WebScan 
   subdirectory for upgrade guidelines and procedures.

   This issue may affect any system running McAfee WebScan version 
   2.0.0
