Sperry PC/IT - Switch settings for monitor type

According to my PC/IT installation doc, the video type is controlled by SW1.
SW1 can be in two possible locations; the first is along the back edge of the MB next
to the 80287 socket (you will have to remove the cover), and the second location
is accessed through a small panel next to the keyboard connection on the back.

For the switch settings up, or toward the arrow, is on.

The montior type is controlled by SW1-4 and SW1-8 (switches 4 and 8 on SW1).
SW1-4 is set to ON if you are using a high-res color monitor and should be OFF for a medium-res or monochrome monitor.
SW1-8 should be ON for a color monitor and OFF for a monochrome monitor.

so, this is how it looks for the three supported monitors:
