Bluez-slc700 package explanation

The package which is here, the CF card of Zaurus SL-C700 and Bluetooth correspondence 
(the IbCard and the like of LinkEvolution), and Bluetooth correspondence portable telephone 
(the Bluetooth adapter and the like of au) using, is something in order to do Internet connection with dial up.


Once, the writer uses daily, but it is not something which operating preservation is proven. 
In addition, the writer does not owe responsibility to every damage which it occurs by the fact that this package
is utilized. After acknowledging the thing above please use.


Installation method: 
Those which it prepares: 
PIN of your Bluetooth telephone (also the passkey is called).
Device address of your Bluetooth telephone (also equipment address is called). 00:11:22:33:44:55 it is type.


Setting method:
1. bluez-zaurus_2.3b_arm.ipk is installed.
2. bluez-slc700_2.3-1_arm.ipk is installed.
3. The terminal is opened. 
4. It becomes the super user, (su command and the like)
5. /usr/local/bin/aupin is compiled. (Vi command and the like)
	Xxxx of the place where it becomes PIN:xxxx, is modified in PIN of your Bluetooth telephone.
6. /etc/rc.d/init.d/btstart is compiled. (Vi command and the like)
	# rfcomm bind 0 xx:yy:zz:aa:bb:cc 1
	With it modifies xx:yy:zz:aa:bb:cc, in device address of your Bluetooth telephone of the place where it has become.
	And, the first "#" of this line is deleted.
7. It sets dial up. (It is the idea of Mr 59414d41, thank you! )
	When "setting assist" of Zaurus "network setting" is used, the dial up connection with PHS is set, 
	connection setting to the provider is done in the same way. However, the "connected equipment" 
	makes the "infrared ray communication terminal". In this case, AT command modifies adjusting to 
	the communication equipment which is utilized. Designating AT command as the sky, the equipment 
	which is connected is many, it seems.
	When setting completes, again, returning to the terminal it becomes the super user.
	There is a file which is called to /etc/ppp/peers, IRDAxxxxxxxxx (xxxxx part differs) from, 
	compiles this due to environment.
	Because "115200" you call there is a line, this is modified in "rfcomm0 115200". 
	When from now on, some time ago "setting assist" is utilized for the second time, because this 
	modification returns to the origin, try setting assist not to start.


8. Zaurus is restarted.


At above, the CF card is inserted, the dial up connection which utilizes Bluetooth by using the dial up

However, environment of the writer (the LinkEvolution IbCard+au Bluetooth adapter) with cutting dial up

インストール方法:
準備するもの:
　あなたのBluetooth電話のPIN(パスキーとも呼ばれます)。
　あなたのBluetooth電話のデバイスアドレス(機器アドレスとも呼ばれます)。00:11:22:33:44:55 とかの形式です。

　 設定方法:
1. http://bluez.sourceforge.net/download/zaurus/
より、bluez-zaurus_2.3b_arm.ipk をインストールする。
2. ここにある bluez-slc700_2.3-1_arm.ipk をインストールする。
3. ターミナルを開く。 4. スーパーユーザーになる ( su コマンド等 )
5. /usr/local/bin/aupin を編集する。(vi コマンド等)
　PIN:xxxx となっているところの xxxxを、あなたのBluetooth電話のPINに変更する。
6. /etc/rc.d/init.d/btstart を編集する。(viコマンド等)
　# rfcomm bind 0 xx:yy:zz:aa:bb:cc 1
　となっているところの xx:yy:zz:aa:bb:cc を、あなたのBluetooth電話のデバイスアドレスに変更する。そして、この行の先頭の"# "を削除する。
7. ダイアルアップの設定をする。(59414d41さんのアイデアです、ありがとう！)
　ザウルスの「ネットワーク設定」の「設定アシスト」を使い、　PHSでのダイアルアップ接続を設定するのと同じようにプロバイダへの接続設定を行う。ただし、「接続機器」は「赤外線通信端子」にしておく。この際、ATコマンドは利用する通信機器にあわせて変更しておく。 ATコマンドを空にしておいてもつながる機器が多いらしい。
　設定が完了したら、再びターミナルに戻ってスーパーユーザーになる。
　 /etc/ppp/peers に、IRDAxxxxxxxxx というファイルがある(xxxxxの部分は環境によって異なる)から、これを編集する。
　 「115200」 という行があるので、これを「rfcomm0 115200」に変更する。以後、さきほどの「設定アシスト」を再度利用するとこの変更が元に戻ってしまうため、設定アシストは起動しないようにする。

　 8. ザウルスを再起動する。

以上で、CFカードを差し、7で設定したダイアルアップ接続を使うことによりBluetoothを利用したダイアルアップ接続が可能となります。
ただし、作者の環境(LinkEvolution IbCard+au Bluetoothアダプタ)ではどうもザウルス側でダイアルアップ接続を切っても実際には回線は切れていない場合があるようなので、注意してください。
本パッケージでは、LinkEvolutionのIbCardは特に設定を行わなくとも認識するようになっていますが、他のCFカードの場合、それがBlueZ(http://bluez.sourceforge.net )でサポートされていれば、/etc/pcmcia/bluetooth.conf を修正することで対応可能だと思います。
