IBM Options and Adapters

On initial release, the 6322509 manual was two physical volumes, with the contents page dictating which options/adapters were in each volume.

In August '84, five updates to the manual were released.
In 'Update Number 1', the contents pages were changed, and the new contents pages made no reference to volumes. Because of the large size of Update Number 1 (the 'EGA adapter' addition alone is about 150 pages), more than two volumes was needed.
In 'Update Number 2', the contents pages of volumes 1 and 2 were substituted by a preface in Volume 1.
With all five updates added, three physical volumes are required for the documention.

After August '84, IBM released further updates.

The breakdown below of options/adapters within the volumes is simply how I have the documention arranged within my three volumes.
